It's beautiful, the border doesnt do it justice, I would of left it plain. And the image is a bit fuzzy wround the edges of the glass, intentional or focus/sharpness problem? you decide. other than that you might want to turn the contrast up a tad, make it stand our more vibrantly, cheers! nice work ;)

well now that ive found the original PHOTO u may leave my other comment alone...thyzz one iz even cooler becuz of the upside down mushroom formed but i like the blue ice feeling better....great capture and concept dude

I am not a photo-artist, or whatever, I can't give technical comments, but this is very good. ^^ I like it alot, very simple, but a great effect. Great work.

I would also suggest more contrast and brightness...the water in the glass is grey, and I think it would look better white...I also think the bottom of the glass could be transparent and not black...try a different glass maybe?

It's a good idea though...border should be black IMO

Border is changed, Contrast is changed. Can't do much about the glass at the moment, not that I agree -- I think this looks fine.
